Deliveries
The standard Delivery and Service fee is €7.00 for all
international orders. However, if you choose to have your order
delivered for pick up at your Lindex store the shipping will be
free of charge.
The Customer may choose from the following alternatives for
delivery:
Pick up from local Lindex store (free
shipping)
When ordering with pick up at Lindex store, Lindex can
unfortunately not provide a track n' trace service for your
delivery. However the delivery of your order shall be made within
4-6 working days, and you'll receive a notification when the order
is ready for pick up at your chosen Lindex store
When picking the order up at Lindex store, the Customer shall
present the Order Confirmation and a valid personal identification
document. The shipment must be collected within 14 days from the
notification of arrival.
Direct delivery (shipping cost 7€)
Direct home delivery delivers the order to the address given by
the customer during the order process.
Lindex may use different operators for delivery at your door.
Usually the speditor operates during office hours, between 08:00
and 17:00. If the customer is staying elsewhere than at his/her
residence during this time, it's recommended that such delivery
address is given when completing the order at lindex.com.
The shipping cost is charged with € 7 per order, regardless of
how many items you order. For packages that cannot be delivered
after several attempts, Lindex reserves the right to charge €20 for
costs arising.
Lindex does not deliver to Canary Islands (ES), Jan
Mayen and Svalbard (NO), Ceuta (ES), Gibraltar (GI), Grønland
(GL), Island (IS), Madeira (PT), Melilla (ES) nor the British
Islands
Delivery Times and Notifications
Depending of what type of shipment the Customer chooses,
the delivery time may vary. Direct delivery at your door is
estimated to be delivered within 4-6 business days.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time of
delivery, you may check or track the status of your delivery:
- Check the tracking link via the deliverynotification we've sent
to you via e-mail or visit 'My orders' at Lindex.com to track the
shipment (Only available for Home delivery)
- Sign in to your customer profile at lindex.com to check that we
have the correct delivery address and that your contact details are
up to date
- Check if you have a postcard from the carrier on your door at
delivery location.
