Free pick up at Lindex store:
When your order is delivered to a Lindex store, the delivery is free of charge. Your order will be delivered within 4-6 business days. Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania 5-7 business days.
Express Delivery:
When choosing Express delivery by UPS, the order is delivered within 48 hours to the address given by the customer as long as the order is placed before 11am. This delivery option is currently only available in UK.
Standard Home Delivery:
When choosing Standard Home delivery, your order will be delivered to your home by Royal Mail within 4-6 working days. Please visit Terms & Conditions for further information about delivery time for your country.
Local Collect:
Royal Mail will deliver to the Local Collect location that you have chosen.
Exchange and Returns
Lindex has a 30 day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 30 days from the date you received your order. If you want to make a return, the easiest way is to do so at a Lindex store. Returning an item to a Lindex Store is free of charge and the staff can handle your return, refund and exchange immediately.
You can also make a return by sending your item by post to Lindex, for a country specific delivery cost. Please visit Terms & Conditions for further information. Sending items back is free of charge. Use the enclosed return label.
