Meet Malcolm

Malcolm, 13 years old, loves knitted hoodies and bootcut jeans. His favourite outfit makes him feel brave, confident and true to himself. Keep scrolling to learn more about what personal style means to him and watch the whole interview on our Instagram account linked below.

What advice do you have for someone who wants to be more daring with their style?

“Wear what you like. It's important that you don't try to be someone else. You shouldn't try to dress like anyone else. You have to be yourself.”

How would you describe your style?

“Pretty chill and it should be comfortable. I like knitted sweaters and bootcut jeans which I own a lot of! I like the trench coat and the bag with a dog charm that reminds me of my own dog at home!”

What would you like adults to better understand about children’s clothing styles?

“That they’re different and the children's minds are different. Just because you like it, it doesn't mean that the child likes having it.”

My style, my story

We let five kids style their own outfits from our latest collection to see where their mood, creativity and imagination takes them. Because style is an extension of who they are, what makes them feel confident and happy.
