In store we have 30-day exchange/return policy on products with the regular price, on sale goods, we have seven days. When changing/return receipt to be presented.
At Lindex online shop, we have 30-day exchange/return policy on products with the regular price, on sale goods, we have 14 days. Again, changing/return receipt to be presented.

How do I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item within 30 days after you received your order. Only 14 days return policy for the sale goods. The goods to be exchanged shall be returned in unused and undamaged condition and must contain original labels. The goods must also be packed the same way as when delivered. When exchanging bathing suits, underpants or cosmetics, the packages must be sealed. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

How do I return an item?

The easiest and most economical way to return the items is to bring the package to one of local Lindex stores. Alternatively, the Customer may arrange the return delivery through postal services available in her/his area.
