Deliveries
The standard Delivery and Service fee is €7.00 for all
international orders. For countries in which Lindex have stores the
Delivery and Service fee is shown in equivalent amount of the local
currency.
The Customer may choose from the following alternatives for
delivery:
Pick up from local Lindex store
For the various markets in which Lindex has stores and offers
online shop you may be able to select pick up from local Lindex
store. This shippingmethod is available in the following countries:
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and
Poland.
An e-mail-notification of arrival will be sent to the Customer
when the order has arrived to the local Lindex store. If a mobile
phonenumber is provided by the Customer, we'll also notify the
Customer via SMS.
When picking the order up at Lindex store, the Customer shall
present the Order Confirmation and a valid personal identification
document. The shipment must be collected within 14 days from the
notification of arrival.
Direct delivery by UPS
UPS delivers shipments to the address given by the Customer
during business hours on businessdays; 08.00 and 17.00 local time.
If the customer stays elsewhere during these hours, it's
recommended that such delivery address is given where the Customer
is available during the said delivery times.
In normal circumstances UPS will contact the Customer by telephone
(secondarily, by mail) to arrange the delivery.
Delivery Times and Notifications
Lindex offers delivery within 4-7 business days after the order
is confirmed by Lindex. Note that delivery times are estimates and
that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak season (such
as Christmas) and for delivery to remote locations.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time of
delivery, you may check or track the status of your delivery:
- Check the tracking link via the deliverynotification we've sent
to you via e-mail or visit 'My orders' at Lindex.com to track the
shipment
- Sign in to your customer profile at lindex.com to check that we
have the correct delivery address and that your contact details are
up to date
- Check if you have a postcard from the carrier (UPS) on your
door at delivery location.
