Can companies buy from Lindex online shop?

If the company has a business card, you are welcome to register a profile and make a purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?
|
|
Sign in under "My Page". There you can view your current orders. Click on your order number. You can change or cancel your order if the left field for the cancellation still are there. If you have used an internet code in your initial order, this will not follow automatically. This means that you have to enter it again after the changes are made. In the scenario where the date of the internet code has expired, the discount will not be able to include in the new, changed order. If you don't find cancellation there we have started to pick your order and prepared it for delivery and unfortunately you can't cancel the order.

What's the shipping cost on my order?

If you decide that your order will be sent to any Lindex store there will be no shipping cost. If you choose to have your order sent to your door there will be a shipping cost of 7 euro.
At each order at Lindex online shop there are a Delivery and Service fee equivalent may be shown in different currencies. No matter how many items you order.

Will my items be reserved for me when adding them in my shoppingbag?

No, the items are not reserved in the shoppingbag. This will be done when the purchase is completed.

I live in the Canary Islands can I order from Lindex online shop and get my order delivered there?

At the moment Lindex online shop are unfortunately not able to delivered to the Canary Islands.

What happens if I do not collect my package?
|

If you do not collect the package, you will be charged 20 EURO to cover our handling costs.

How do I use a discount code?
|
|
When you pay there is a box where you enter the code printed on your discount coupon (AA1234). It is important that you are logged on when you enter your code in order for the system to recognize your discount.

How do I place an order online?

Start by creating your profile at “my page”. In order to shop at Lindex Shop Online, you must register your details first like name, e-mail address and a password of your choice.

Can I reserve an article?
|

At the moment we do not have a system for reservations. But we have a menu for children and women, Coming soon, where you can choose to have an e-mail sent to you when the item is in stock.

Can you place an order from other countries?
|

At present our online shop can accept orders from all EU countries.

Is it safe to enter my personal information online?

We are responsible for the personal information we receive from you as a customer. Lindex uses the information in order to manage your purchases and for marketing purposes. Lindex uses the information only within the Lindex Group and it is not given to third parties.
