How is a new collection created?
|
|
The process is started by the meeting of the purchasing team who decide how the new collection will look. Their inspiration comes from international trend institutes and fashion shows around the world. The search for new trends is an on-going process, and both our purchasers and designers are constantly watching where new trends are going. After our purchasers have done their work, the designers take over and create each individual garment. Once the designs have been finalised, negotiations with our suppliers begin, and each supplier provides us with a trial collection. When we are satisfied with the results, manufacturing starts, and not long afterwards you will find the new garments in our stores.
