How do I know that my package has arrived?

You will be notified by e-mail when and where your package can be picked up. If you have given your cell phone number, you will also receive a text message. In certain cases you get notification by regular post.

What is the delivery status of my order?
You can see your current orders on your profile at “my page”. Click on the appropriate order number to see the delivery status.
For how long is my order in store?
The shipment must be collected within 21 days from the notification of arrival.
How long will delivery take?
If the ordered articles are in stock, they will be delivered up to ten working days from the day we validate your order by sending an order validation to you. During high season, such as before Christmas, delivery time can be a little longer.
Who can pick up the package?

The package should be picked up in person, with valid identification and order number.

If you are picking up another person order, you need to bring a power of attorney from the person who made the order, and bring to the store, together with your valid ID.

I have not received my order which I placed more than ten working days ago.

Where can I pick up my package?

You can choose to have your package sent to your door or to one of our shops.

An article is missing in the package.
