WONDERFUL LINGERIE

"This wednesday the press office in Stockholm was filled with journalists and bloggers who wanted to escaped the rainy city weather and take in the wonderful lingerie from Lindex. In a beautiful rococo inspired setting decorated by Peter Ödegaard, lingerie and afternoon tea was served to the tone of french music. Before they left, the guests chose a favourite lingerie set that will be sent to them in the desired size" Best regards, Filippa

AUTUMN 2010 - NEW IN BLACK!

The fall season is here with black from head to toe. Let the materials show the contrasts by matching glossy surfaces like leather and satin with knitted matt surfaces. The leather jacket is an absolute favourite this autumn and it's also one of the best fashion investments of the season. Match the jacket with delicate lace and peg shape pants and you'll get the right mix of dressed and casual.

STYLIST KATARINA LINDOFF – ABOUT KIDS FASHION

What is most fun with kids fashion? What is most fun is that kids fashion has developed so much. Before it was pink for girls and blue for boys with very stereotypical prints and patterns. Nowadays there is a greater influence from grown-up fashion. At the same time, kids fashion feels more liberating and more playful in comparison to grown-up fashion. Everything goes here and it's really just about combining in the right way. How do the new kids trends look? Playful but in a grown-up way. Lots of checks together with jeans and jeggings. The influences are derived from Army, LA and France. Comfortable garments in the shape of small blouses, coarse-knit sweaters and hoodies. It should look casual and cool and above all, be comfortable. What are the kids colours this fall? All kinds of colours! Purple, grey and emerald-green will be popular this fall. The summer pastels will disappear while the blue and denim trends will stay around. Do you have any practical tips for the little ones? Let kids be kids, is what I think. It is important that the garments be comfortable. I don't like when you dress a two year-old in a pair of cool jeans that are hard to play in. Find a pair of comfy chinos in grey or dark blue instead and wrinkle them up a bit so they look used and cool. There are also jeans for kids in softer, more comfortable fabric. How do you set up a baby wardrobe? Baby bodies in the fall colours, white, grey, blue or deep purple make up a good base, together with some rib-knit tights or cotton pants. A soft fleece overall, a few knitted sweaters, a pair of small Uggs and lots of socks and some rag socks. If you have the option, I think you should invest in organic material.
