Materiality analysis and stakeholder dialogue
Prioritised issues for Lindex's sustainability work build on the
materiality analysis that the company commissioned. Through risk
analysis and opinions from our stakeholders, we identify areas and
aspects that are important for us to work on.
Stakeholder dialogue
We at Lindex are keen to have a serious, continuous and active
dialogue with our stakeholders. Stakeholder dialogue aims to both
create value and reduce the company's risks. An active dialogue is
expected to result in strengthened relations, better understanding
for the outside world, increased emergency preparedness in order to
react to dangers and risks, as well as an increased degree of
innovation by being able to act on opportunities more
quickly.
Important stakeholders are customers, suppliers and factory
workers, owners, employees, trade associations and partners,
authorities, interest groups and other stakeholders in the local
community.
Please contact us if you have any thoughts or questions relating
to our sustainability reporting.
