Lindex works for a sustainable future
Everything we do affects our environment in one way or another.
Lindex takes responsibility for our activities and how it affects
people and the environment. The sustainability work covers the
whole value chain from raw materials to the finished product, to
how the consumer uses it and, lastly, how they dispose of it. This
is all to minimise the negative environmental effects, take ethical
and social responsibility, contribute to a sustainable financial
development as well as prevent corruption. In this way, we
contribute to a positive development and sustainable future in the
countries where we have our activities and in countries where our
production takes place.

The Global Compact principles are the foundation of Lindex's
CSR work
Since 2003, Lindex has, through our on-going sustainability
work, supported the UN Global Compact's 10 principles that include
human rights, labour law, the environment and counteracting
corruption. As of 2011, this also applies to the rest of the
companies in the Stockmann Group. We continue to support the 10
principles through our overall sustainability work in the Stockmann
Group and through Lindex's own work.
