Counteracting corruption, blackmail and bribery

Lindex works to counteract all forms of corruption and our ethics policy is the foundation for this work. Lindex has a joint attitude to bribery, gifts, representation and company secrets that apply to everyone in the whole company, regardless of country. 

Ethics in the supplier segment

We also place large focus on our suppliers. Before we enter into a cooperation with any of our suppliers we inform them about our ethics policy. Among other things, our suppliers are not permitted to give large gifts or any other form of advantages to individual employees. Symbolic gifts up to a value of maximum EUR 40 can be accepted in certain cases. This decision is made in cooperation with the nearest manager.

Networks and collaborations

Counteracting corruption and bribery is a constantly on-going process that requires collaboration, consensus and a joint approach.  Lindex has a dialogue and cooperates with external partners in business and industry, trade associations and authorities.

Reporting and following up of violations

Last year no violations of Lindex's code of conduct were reported.
